What products do you manufacture?
We manufacture adjustable dumbbells, weight benches, kettlebells, resistance bands, and dumbbell racks. All products are available for wholesale and OEM customization.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product — typically 30-100 units for OEM orders, 500-1000 for resistance bands. We offer flexible trial orders for new partners.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, we provide paid samples with shipping via DHL/FedEx/UPS. Sample costs are typically refundable when you place a bulk order.
Can you do OEM/private label?
Absolutely. We offer custom logo (laser engraving/printing), custom colors (Pantone matching), custom packaging design, and custom weight ranges. OEM MOQ starts from 50-100 units.
What are your payment terms?
Standard payment is T/T 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment. For larger orders, we also accept L/C at sight. We can discuss flexible terms for long-term partners.
How long does production and shipping take?
Sample production: 3-7 days. Bulk order: 25-45 days depending on quantity and customization. Shipping to US/Europe typically takes 20-30 days by sea.
What certifications do your products have?
Our factory is ISO 9001 certified. Products meet CE, RoHS, and SGS standards. We can provide test reports upon request.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we export to 50+ countries including the US, UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and more. We offer FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms.
Can I visit your factory?
We welcome factory visits! Please contact us to schedule a visit. We recommend arranging at least one week in advance.
